Making a purchase
All transactions are secured using a secure server software (SSL) used by all major online retailers and recommended for all online sales. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypts all your personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into pieces of code that are then securely transmitted over the internet.
All prices show on the website are in Australian dollars. My 5 accepts credit card payments in Australian dollars. If you are shopping with a credit card issued outside Australia, you can still place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction for you.
Shipping Policy
At My 5 we endeavour to supply your purchases in the shortest time frame possible. Usually your order ships within 24 to 48 hours from receipt of payment. If a product on your invoice is out of stock, we will ship the item separately. You will not be charged for the out of stock item until the item is ready for dispatch.
A receipt of your order will be provided by email within 2 business days of receipt of your order. We will be in touch with you should the item be out of stock to confirm expected delivery date.
Depending on the shipping method you select during checkout, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 days after placing the order. Within Australia we use Standard Delivery. Please refer to Australia Post for further details of postage areas and expected delivery times.
Shipping costs may vary based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart. To find out the total shipping cost of your order, simply add products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Large and bulky orders and international delivery
For large and bulky orders and international delivery, we reserve the right to charge additional postage costs. Costs will be advised to you within two business days and will be charged to your credit card. If you would like to confirm postage charges prior to order, please contact us.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges
My 5 will provide a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or not fit for purpose.
You may return the merchandise up to 14 days from invoice date or shipment date. All items must be unused and resalable. Clothing must be unused, unwashed and resalable with all tags attached. You may receive a refund, replacement or credit for the amount of the goods purchased.
Damaged Shipments
Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. Do not discard the damaged packaging as we will require this to inspect the damage before we can send out a replacement. All damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the goods. Any claims made after this time are subject to denial.
To return products to My 5:
1. Contact us anytime or call 02 9225 8070, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm AEST. Give your Invoice or Packing Slip number, the product you would like to send back and the reason why. We will then issue you a Return Number. Unfortunately, no shipments can be accepted without a Return Number.
2. Pack the product and include the packing slip or invoice and make note of your Return Number on the outside of the packaging.

Failed deliveries
My 5 reserves the right to charge the customer any additional shipping costs incurred for failed deliveries, unless the failure is as a result of an error by My 5.
