My 5 reserves the right to withhold your personal information where its disclosure to you is restricted by law, is the subject of legal action, or may compromise the privacy of another person.

My 5 recognises that your personal information is important to you and shares your concerns about how your personal information is collected, used and shared.  My 5 is committed to complying with all applicable Australian Privacy Laws and guidelines and ensures that our staff is aware of their obligations.

My 5 collects information for the purpose of understanding our customers’ requirements to enhance product offerings and your shopping experience.  We are committed to protecting your privacy.
