Q. How do I buy the My 5 program?
A. You can order direct from our website (click here) or you can buy from selected health and wellness retailers, health professionals and resellers. You can choose whether or not you want to order the My 5 CD which will be sent to you in the post or buy a download.
Q. How do I install the My 5 program?
A. The My 5 program is easy to install. If you bought the My 5 program on a CD then simply insert the disk into your computer and follow the instructions on screen. If you have purchased the download, simply double click on the download and follow the instructions.
Q. I am required to enter an activation key. What is this and where do I get my activation key from?
A. An activation key is required in order to be able to activate your copy of the My 5 program. If you have ordered a CD, you will find a 24 digit code printed on the inside of the CD cover. If you have purchased a download, the activation key will have been sent to your email.
Q. Can I install the My 5 program at work?
A. My 5 can be installed on any PC (see minimum technical requirements below). You will need administrator rights on your PC to do this. If you don’t know whether you have administrator rights, please check with your network administrator.
Q. Can I use the My 5 program on a different computer?
A. If you buy a single copy of the My 5 program, you may install it on a single computer. If you want to use the My 5 program on a second computer, you should buy a second copy of the software. If you attempt to install your copy of the My 5 program on more than one computer, you may find that the program does not work on either of the computers due to copyright protection mechanisms built into the software. If you run a large network of computers, please contact us directly for volume discounts.
Q. How do I uninstall the My 5 program?
A. Simply select “Uninstall” from the My 5 Personal Edition menu (start/All Programs/My 5 Personal Edition).
Q. Can I access the My 5 program online?

Due to the high quality of the videos in included in the My 5 program, the My 5 program is designed to be installed directly on your PC. You can order or download the program from our website.
Q. Does the My 5 program work on any computer?
A. The My 5 program will work on any PC, so long as it meets the minimum specification (see below).
Q. What is the minimum specification for my PC?

At a minimum, you need a Pentium 3 computer running Windows XP or Vista and an internet connection (for authentication). You will need a minimum of 512MB of RAM.
Q. What operating systems are supported? (Microsoft, Mac, etc)
A.
We currently support the Microsoft XP and Vista operating systems.
Q. Timed reminder questions ie: set up, why, how often, can I postpone, settings.
A.
The My 5 timed reminder is simple to use, and can be set to prompt you to use the program at intervals to suit you. The timed reminder can prompt you take a break, stretch, drink water or you can customise it to set your own reminder. You have the option to select snooze or cancel the reminder if your too busy. The My 5 reminder is discreet and you can select where on the screen you would like it to appear.
